As somebody who has struggled with trying to figure out how to stop stuttering almost all of my life, I understand first hand just how difficult it really is.   6. Speak slowly, don’t rush. It will only make you stutter more if you force yourself.

  8. Try to chew something while talking. This exercises your mouth in pronouncing words much better.
